De er ogs\u00e5 lettere i v\u00e6gt med en massefylde p\u00e5 6,6 g\/cm\u00b3.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ZAMAK_2\"><\/span>ZAMAK 2:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Der er 4% aluminium, 3% kobber og 0,1% magnesium i Zamak 2-legeringen. Denne komposit har en tr\u00e6kstyrke p\u00e5 omkring 359 MPa. De dele, der er lavet med denne legering, har en h\u00e5rdhed p\u00e5 91 Brinell.<\/p>\n<p>Derfor er den velegnet til slidst\u00e6rke dele som l\u00e5se eller tandhjul.<\/p>\n<p>Den smelter ved 385 \u00b0C. Det betyder, at denne legerings tr\u00e6kstyrke n\u00e5r op p\u00e5 328 MPA. Den har med succes modst\u00e5et 50.000+ cyklusser i gear eller industrielle ops\u00e6tninger. Legeringen smelter ogs\u00e5 tidligt til 387 \u00b0C og modst\u00e5r ogs\u00e5 korrosion bedre end Zamak 3.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ZA-8\"><\/span>ZA-8:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>ZA-8 indeholder 8,4% aluminium, 1% kobber og en lille m\u00e6ngde magnesium (0,02%). Den kan klare temperaturer p\u00e5 op til 120 \u00b0C. Dens tr\u00e6kstyrke ligger p\u00e5 374 MPa.
