{"id":12999,"date":"2018-10-14T07:23:04","date_gmt":"2018-10-14T07:23:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aludiecasting.com\/?p=12999"},"modified":"2019-09-20T12:34:05","modified_gmt":"2019-09-20T12:34:05","slug":"spuitgietlegeringen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aludiecasting.com\/nl\/spuitgietlegeringen\/","title":{"rendered":"Legeringen voor spuitgieten"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Legeringen voor spuitgieten<\/h1>\n<p><small><span style=\"font-family: verdana, helvetica, arial;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aludiecasting.com\/nl\/spuitgietlegeringen\/\"><em><strong>Gietlegeringen<\/strong><\/em><\/a> zijn meestal non-ferro en er is een groot aantal verkrijgbaar met een breed scala aan fysische en mechanische eigenschappen voor bijna elke denkbare toepassing die een ontwerper nodig heeft.<\/span><\/small><\/p>\n<p><small><span style=\"font-family: verdana, helvetica, arial;\">Aluminium- en zinklegeringen worden het meest gebruikt, gevolgd door magnesium, zink-aluminiumlegeringen (AZ), koper, tin en lood.<\/span><\/small><\/p>\n<p><small><span style=\"font-family: verdana, helvetica, arial;\">Legeringen op basis van zink, lood en tin worden geclassificeerd als metalen met een laag smeltpunt, die allemaal smelten bij minder dan 725<sup>o<\/sup>F (385<sup>o<\/sup>C). Zink-aluminium (ZA) legeringen hebben een iets hoger smelttraject van 800<sup>o<\/sup>F tot 900<sup>o<\/sup>F (426<sup>o<\/sup>C tot 482<sup>o<\/sup>C). Aluminium- en magnesiumlegeringen worden beschouwd als legeringen met een matig smeltpunt en worden gegoten in de 1150<sup>o<\/sup>F tot 1300<sup>o<\/sup>F (621<sup>o<\/sup>C naar 704<sup>o<\/sup>C). Koperlegeringen worden beschouwd als hoog smeltpunt, meer dan 1650<sup>o<\/sup>F (899<sup>o<\/sup>C). Legeringen met een laag smeltpunt worden gegoten in warmkamermachines. Legeringen met een gemiddeld en hoog smeltpunt worden gegoten in machines met koude kamer. De laatste jaren zijn er speciaal ontworpen warmkamermachines voor het gieten van magnesiumlegeringen in gebruik genomen.<\/span><\/small><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #881d4a;
